Can I get a refund?
Cancelled shows are refunded. Otherwise tickets are not refundable, except within the window the event page gives.
Updated 25 October 2026
Tickets are sold by the ticketing platform, so the refund rules are the platform's. Across our sellers the rules are the same in practice:
- The show is cancelled: you get the ticket price back. Booking fees are usually kept by the platform, because the service of selling the ticket was provided. See My event was cancelled.
- The show is postponed or moved: your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make it, the platform gives a window of some days after the announcement in which you can ask for the ticket price back. See The event was postponed or moved.
- You changed your mind or cannot go: tickets are not refundable. A change of line-up, support act or running time is not a reason for a refund either. See I can no longer go.
For tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk the event page states the refund rule of that show, usually "refunds available up to 48 hours before the event". How to ask: Refunds for tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk.
Memberships and gift cards are not refundable: see the Membership Terms.
