• Can I get a refund? Cancelled shows are refunded. Otherwise tickets are not refundable, except within the window the event page gives.
• My event was cancelled You are refunded the ticket price by the seller you paid, without having to ask.
• The event was postponed or moved Your ticket is valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot come, ask for a refund within the seller's window.
• I can no longer go Tickets are not refundable, but you can give yours to a friend. Never pay more than face value for someone else's ticket.
• Refunds for tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk Ask from the ticket page in your account, within the window the event page gives. We refund to the card you paid with.
