1. About these terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Enjoy Events website at enjoyevents.uk and our mobile application (together, the “Platform”), and your attendance at events organised by us. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Enjoy Verse Ltd, trading as Enjoy Events; “you” and “your” mean any person who accesses the Platform or attends one of our events.
1.2. By using the Platform or attending one of our events, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.
1.3. The following documents also apply and form part of your agreement with us: - our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data; - our Cookie Policy, which explains our use of cookies and similar technologies; and - our Membership Terms and Conditions, which apply if you join our paid membership programme (Fan, Superfan or Legend).
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Membership Terms regarding the membership programme, the Membership Terms prevail for that subject matter.
2. Who we are and what we do
2.1. Enjoy Events is an event organiser and promoter. We produce and present live events — primarily concerts and shows for the Romanian community across Europe.
2.2. We do not sell tickets directly. Tickets to our events are sold through independent third-party ticketing platforms that we authorise, principally iaBilet (iabilet.ro) and, for certain events, other platforms which we identify on the relevant event page or announcement.
2.3. When you buy a ticket, your purchase contract is with the ticketing platform, not with us. The platform is responsible for the checkout, payment processing, ticket delivery, booking and service fees, and the mechanics of any refund. Those matters are governed by that platform’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy, which you should read before buying.
2.4. Our membership programme is the exception: memberships are sold by us directly and are governed by our separate Membership Terms and Conditions.
3. Using the Platform
3.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2. You agree not to: - use the Platform in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose; - copy, scrape, harvest, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent; - introduce viruses or other malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems; - use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform; or - misuse the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
3.3. Accounts. Some features (including membership) require an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or hold a membership. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at office@enjoyevents.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.4. We may suspend, restrict, or withdraw all or part of the Platform at any time for operational, technical, legal, or security reasons. We will give reasonable notice where we can, but some interruptions (for example, emergency maintenance) may happen without notice.
4. Tickets — buy only through official channels
4.1. Always buy tickets to our events through the official channels we publicise (such as iaBilet) and the prices shown there. Buying from unofficial sources, touts, or unauthorised resale sites carries real risks, including counterfeit or duplicated tickets, tickets that have already been used, and tickets that may be cancelled or refused entry.
4.2. Where the organiser or venue restricts or prohibits resale, tickets offered for resale in breach of those restrictions may be cancelled, and entry may be refused to the holder, without refund. We are not responsible for, and offer no refund or compensation in respect of, tickets bought outside the official channels.
4.3. Booking fees, service fees, and similar charges are set and retained by the ticketing platform. They are not part of the ticket’s face value and, as explained in section 7, are generally non-refundable even where the face value is refunded.
5. Entry and conduct at events
5.1. To enter an event you must hold a valid ticket. For some events you may also be required to show valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket or guest list. Make sure the details you provide at the time of purchase are correct; we are not responsible if you are refused entry because your details do not match.
5.2. Age restrictions, accessibility information, and specific entry conditions vary by event and venue and are stated on the relevant event page. It is your responsibility to check them before attending.
5.3. You must comply with the rules of the venue and the lawful instructions of event and security staff at all times. The venue or event management may, without refund, refuse admission to or remove any person who: - behaves in a disorderly, threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner; - appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs; - breaches venue rules or these Terms; or - presents an invalid, counterfeit, or improperly obtained ticket.
5.4. Searches and prohibited items. You and your belongings may be searched on entry for safety and security reasons. By attending, you consent to being searched. Certain items may be prohibited (which may include, without limitation, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, professional recording equipment, and large bags). If you do not consent to a search, you may be refused entry without refund.
5.5. Latecomers. Entry after an event has started may be restricted to a suitable break in the performance and cannot be guaranteed.
5.6. Effects and sound levels. Events may feature loud music, strobe lighting, smoke, pyrotechnics, or other special effects. If you have any health condition that could be affected, please consider this before attending.
6. Filming, recording and your image
6.1. Our events are public. By attending, you acknowledge that you may be filmed, photographed, or recorded, and you consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, and conduct in photographs, audio, and video — including for promotional, marketing, archival, broadcast, and editorial purposes — in any medium now known or later developed, without further notice, authorisation, or compensation to you.
6.2. With the exception of stand-up comedy shows, you may take photographs and short recordings for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Professional or commercial recording, livestreaming, and the use of professional equipment are not permitted without our prior written consent and that of the relevant artist and venue.
6.3 In the case of stand-up comedy shows, filming with any type of device is strictly prohibited. In the event that EnJoy Events staff members notice or are informed that a participant is filming the show, we reserve the right to remove the persons concerned and to verify the deletion of the footage from the device used, without allowing the persons concerned back in.
7. Changes, cancellation and postponement of events
7.1. Line-ups, support acts, running times, and other event details may change without notice. Such changes are not normally grounds for a refund unless the change is material (for example, the cancellation of the event).
7.2. From time to time, events may be cancelled or postponed for reasons that can include circumstances beyond our control (for example, illness of an artist, adverse weather, safety or security concerns, technical or venue problems, or measures imposed by authorities). Where this happens, we will publicise the change and, where reasonably possible, notify ticket holders.
7.3. Refunds are processed by the ticketing platform you bought from, under that platform’s terms. As a general rule across our ticketing partners: - if an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket; - booking fees, service fees, delivery charges, and similar costs are non-refundable, as they relate to a service that has already been provided at the point of sale; - if an event is postponed, the platform typically offers a limited window from the announcement within which you may request a refund of the face value if you cannot attend the new date.
Always check the refund terms and deadlines of the platform you purchased from.
7.4. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs you may incur in connection with an event that is changed, cancelled, or postponed — for example, travel, accommodation, or other arrangements made independently of your ticket.
8. Liability
8.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Subject to section 8.1, you assume the ordinary risks incidental to attending a live event, and we are not liable for: - the acts or omissions of venues, promoters, artists, security providers, ticketing platforms, or other third parties; - any loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that arises from your own breach of these Terms or failure to follow venue rules or staff instructions; or - any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.
8.3. Subject to section 8.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or attendance at an event is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket (excluding fees set by the ticketing platform).
8.4. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not in breach of these Terms, and are not liable, for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, failure of utilities or transport networks, acts of government or public authority, epidemics or pandemics, extreme weather, fire, flood, or civil disturbance.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. The Platform and its content — including the Enjoy Events name, logo, brand features, text, graphics, design, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written consent.
10.2. Some materials displayed on the Platform — such as artist photographs, event posters, and third-party promotional materials — belong to their respective owners and are used with permission. Nothing on the Platform grants you any right to use those materials.
11. Third-party platforms and links
The Platform contains links to third-party websites and services, including the ticketing platforms through which our tickets are sold. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and policies.
12. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The current version is always available on the Platform, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14.2. Our events take place at venues in various countries. While these Terms govern your relationship with us, the rules of the relevant venue and the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country in which an event is held may also apply to your attendance.
15. Contact us
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at office@enjoyevents.uk or by post at the registered office address above.
