The event was postponed or moved
Your ticket is valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot come, ask for a refund within the seller's window.
Updated 25 October 2026
Sometimes a show has to move: a new date, or another venue in the same city. Your ticket stays valid, you do not need a new one, and the same QR code works at the door.
If the new date does not work for you, the seller gives a window of some days after the announcement in which you can ask for the ticket price back:
- iaBilet orders: write to iaBilet with your order number before the deadline in their announcement.
- Tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk: open the ticket in My tickets and press Request a refund, or contact us.
After the window closes the ticket stays valid for the new date but is no longer refundable.
A change of support act, running order or start time is not a reason for a refund.
