My event was cancelled
You are refunded the ticket price by the seller you paid, without having to ask.
Updated 25 October 2026
When a show is cancelled we announce it on the event page, on our social media and, where we have your email, by email. Ticket holders are refunded the ticket price:
- iaBilet orders: iaBilet refunds to the card you paid with. It can take a few days to appear on your statement. If iaBilet asks you to confirm the refund by email, do so.
- Tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk: we refund to the original payment method. You do not need to ask.
- Other sellers: their own process, explained in their email.
Booking fees are generally not refunded, as they paid for the sale itself. Travel, hotel or other costs around the show are not refunded.
If a show is moved to a new date rather than cancelled, read The event was postponed or moved.
