Our mobile apps do not track you. Our iOS and Android apps contain no advertising identifier (no IDFA), no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs (for example, no Meta Pixel), and do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers. The apps collect only first-party, anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics, via a random per-install identifier that is not linked to your identity) to help us improve the app — you can turn this off at any time in the app under Profile → Preferences → “Share Anonymous Analytics”. The cookie-based analytics and advertising described elsewhere in this policy (for example, Google and Meta) apply to our website only, and run only with your cookie consent.

1. Who we are
Enjoy Verse Ltd, trading as Enjoy Events (“we”, “us”, “our”), is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are an event organiser, and we operate the website at enjoyevents.uk, our mobile application, and our membership programme.
If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, contact us at office@enjoyevents.uk or by post at the address above.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you: - visit our website or use our app; - create an account or join our membership programme (Fan, Superfan, or Legend); - subscribe to our newsletter or marketing; - contact us; or - attend, or buy a ticket to, one of our events.
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Important — ticket purchases. We do not sell tickets directly. Tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms such as iaBilet. When you buy a ticket, the platform acts as the controller of the data you give it at checkout, under its own privacy policy. We only receive your data from a platform where you have opted in at checkout to share your details with Enjoy Events (see section 3.4).
3. The personal data we collect
3.1. Account and membership data
When you create an account or join our membership programme, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, billing details, membership tier, payment-card information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers), reward Points balance, and your transaction and benefit history.
3.2. Newsletter and marketing data
If you sign up for our newsletter or marketing, we collect your email address, name, and your communication preferences.
3.3. Contact and enquiry data
When you contact us through our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
3.4. Attendee data received from ticketing platforms
We receive personal data about ticket buyers from ticketing platforms (such as iaBilet) only in respect of buyers who have given their consent at checkout to share their details with Enjoy Events. This data may include name, email address, and details of the event for which a ticket was purchased. If you did not opt in, we do not receive your details from the platform.
3.5. Usage and technical data
When you use our website or app, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, and how you interact with our content. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy and section 8 below.
3.6. Social media data
If you interact with us on social media, we may receive information such as your public profile details and the content of your interactions, in accordance with the relevant platform’s settings and policies.

5. Marketing communications

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time — by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by adjusting your account or app settings, or by emailing us at office@enjoyevents.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal, and we may still send you essential service messages (for example, about your membership or a payment).
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: - Service providers (processors) who help us run our business — including hosting and IT providers, our payment provider, our email and newsletter delivery provider, and customer-support tools. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. - Ticketing platforms (such as iaBilet) — for example, to verify qualifying ticket purchases for membership Points. - Venues and promoters — where necessary to provide an event benefit (for example, a guest list, VIP entry, or backstage access tied to your membership tier). - Analytics and advertising providers — Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) (our website only) — where you have consented to the relevant cookies (see our Cookie Policy). - Authorities, regulators, or advisers — where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom, and our events and partners (including iaBilet, which is based in the European Union) are spread across Europe. As a result, your data may be transferred between the UK and the EU and to other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer data outside the UK, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place — for example, the transfer is to a country covered by UK “adequacy” regulations, or it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more details using the contact details above.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. For full details, and to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy.
9. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy: - Account and membership data — for as long as your account or membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries and exercise or defend legal claims. - Financial and transaction records — for at least six years, to comply with UK tax and accounting law. - Marketing data — until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. - Enquiry data — for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
10. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to: - access the personal data we hold about you; - ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; - ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances; - restrict or object to our processing in certain circumstances; - request portability of data you provided to us, where applicable; - withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and - not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do not carry out such processing).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@enjoyevents.uk. We will respond within one month, which may be extended for complex requests. There is normally no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
12. Children
Our website, app, and membership programme are not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to create an account or hold a membership. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our Platform, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
