Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and printing
Tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk can go into your phone's wallet or be printed as PDF. iaBilet tickets come as PDF from iaBilet.

Tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk
Open the ticket in My tickets. Where you see Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet, tap it to keep the ticket in your wallet, with the QR code ready even without signal. Print gives you a PDF of the ticket if you prefer paper.
Tickets from iaBilet
iaBilet emails the tickets as a PDF. Keep the PDF on your phone or print it: the QR code on it is what the door scans. The same ticket also appears in your Enjoy Events account and app when the order used the email of your account.
Your member card
Your Enjoy Events member card has its own wallet pass: see Your member card.
