Why am I sent to iaBilet?

Enjoy Events is the organiser and promoter of the shows. For most events we do not run a ticket shop of our own: the tickets are sold by iaBilet (iabilet.ro), one of the largest ticketing platforms for Romanian artists.

When you press Get tickets you move to iaBilet's checkout. The show is already selected and, if you are signed in with us, your name and email are filled in for you, so the order is matched to your account.

What this means for you:

• The payment, the receipt and the tickets email come from iaBilet.
• The fees shown at checkout are iaBilet's.
• Refunds for cancelled or postponed shows are paid by iaBilet, under their terms. See Can I get a refund?.
• Your tickets also appear in your Enjoy Events account and app when the order uses the email of your account.

Some shows are sold by a different official seller: Enjoy Tickets, the venue's own box office or another platform. The event page always sends you to the right one.
