Seated shows and choosing your seat
On a seated show you pick your seat on the plan. Sections, rows and prices are shown as you choose.
Updated 25 October 2026
Theatres, arenas and some concert halls are seated. On those shows the checkout shows a seating plan: choose a section, then a seat, and the price of that seat appears before you pay. Seats bought in one order are kept together.
Your seat is printed on the ticket as section, row and seat. At the venue, the ushers help you find it.
On general admission (standing) shows there are no seats to choose: you arrive, and the room fills as people come in. Members with priority entrance enter first where the venue allows it: see Your member card.
If you need a wheelchair space or a seat with easy access, read Accessibility before you buy.
