Accessibility
Tell us what you need before you buy, with the show's name, and we arrange it with the venue.
Updated 25 October 2026
Venues differ a lot: some have step-free access and wheelchair spaces, others are old theatres with stairs. Each event page notes the venue's accessibility information where we have it.
The surest way is to ask us before buying: contact us with the name of the show, the number of people and what you need: a wheelchair space, a seat with easy access, a companion seat, a place to sit at a standing show, or help at the door. We check with the venue, tell you how to book, and add your name to the door list where needed.
Companion tickets are usually free where the venue offers them; the venue decides.
Assistance dogs are welcome at all our shows. Strobe lights, smoke and loud music are common at concerts; the event page says so where we know in advance.
