What to bring to the door
Your ticket's QR code on your phone, charged, and photo ID when the show asks for it.
Updated 25 October 2026
- Your ticket: the QR code on your phone, from the seller's email, the app or your account. Brightness up, battery charged. A printed PDF works too.
- Photo ID when the event page says so, or when the show has an age limit.
- Your member card in the app or your wallet, if you have priority entrance or a Meet & Greet: see Your member card.
Each QR code is scanned once. Do not post pictures of your ticket online: anyone with the picture can use it before you.
Bags may be searched at the entrance. Large bags, professional cameras, alcohol and anything the venue lists as prohibited are not allowed in.
Check the event page the day before for the doors time and any change.
