How to permanently remove your Enjoy Events account and personal data
1 Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Enjoy Events mobile app:
- 1Open the Enjoy Events app and sign in
- 2Go to the Profile tab
- 3Open Settings and tap Delete Account
- 4Confirm: your account and personal data are removed straight away
2 Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Email us from the address linked to your account:
office@enjoyevents.ukPlease send the request from your account email so we can verify it's you. We process email requests within 30 days.
3 What is deleted, and what is kept
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data:

Your purchase, ticket and payment records are anonymised (your personal link to them is removed) and retained only where required to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. No personal data remains attached to them.
