Any good tips for maintaining quality of life while on a fitness journey?
Balancing fitness with normal life can be tricky, especially when you’re trying to stay consistent. For me, the biggest help has been keeping things simple: a workout plan I can actually stick to, easy meals with enough protein, decent sleep, and not overcomplicating everything. I get why people look for ways to speed up progress, but I’d be careful with products that promise fast results, especially if they can affect your health. It’s better to build habits that work long term, and for anything more serious, speak with a qualified professional first.
