I’ve been trying to find a better way to stay connected with what’s going on in my head during the day. Usually I only notice that I’m stressed or mentally exhausted when I’m already at the point where I can’t focus anymore. I’ve tried journaling apps and mood trackers before, but they always felt too repetitive and I’d stop using them after a few days. Recently I saw Liven mentioned somewhere, and it looked like it was built more around self-discovery than just tracking moods. That sounds interesting to me, but I’m wondering if anyone here has actually used it long enough to see whether it really helps, or if it’s just one of those tools that feels useful at first but fades away.

This topic is interesting because a lot of people seem to be looking for some kind of structure to understand themselves better. I don’t really use apps for that, but I’ve noticed that simply paying attention to how certain habits affect my mood can already tell me a lot. For example, when my routine gets messy, my energy and patience usually drop before I even realize why. I’ve started noticing those patterns more, and even without using a specific system it’s helped me feel a little more grounded. Sometimes small awareness changes make more difference than complicated tools.
